Hello — I’m genuinely glad you’re here. I became a therapist because I believe that the right conversation, at the right time, can change everything. Not a magic fix — something more honest than that.

I trained in London and have worked with individuals across a wide range of life experiences: anxiety, loss, identity, relationships, burnout, and the quieter kinds of suffering that are hard to name.

My style is warm and direct. I won’t just nod along — I’ll gently challenge you when it helps, and hold space without judgement when that’s what you need.
