Our kitchen is built around a single custom-fabricated wood-burning hearth. Every cut is sourced from two family-run farms and dry-aged in-house. Head Chef Marcus Hale has spent twelve years refining one thing: understanding how fire changes meat. The menu changes when the seasons do.
