Our Story
Saffron Street started in 2019 as a pop-up stall at the East Side Market. Priya and Dev Sharma had one mission: serve the food they grew up eating in Jaipur — bold, messy, and impossible to eat without getting sauce on your shirt.
We found a permanent home in 2021. Same recipes. Bigger kitchen. Still no tablecloths.
