Gather transcripts, two references, a personal statement (600–800 words), English proficiency proof, and passport copy.

Submit Your Application
Complete the online form via our portal. Fee: LKR 5,000 local / USD 50 international.

Await & Accept Your Offer
Decisions within 6–8 weeks. Accept via the portal and pay the first instalment to secure your place.

Contact AdmissionsYes, applicants may apply for up to two programmes. Each application requires a separate personal statement tailored to the chosen programme. The application fee applies per programme.
Most undergraduate programmes do not require an interview. Certain postgraduate and doctoral programmes may request an online or in-person interview. You will be notified if this applies.
Undergraduate decisions are typically communicated within 6 weeks of receiving a complete application. Postgraduate decisions may take 8 weeks, particularly where faculty review is required.
AcademiaX accepts IELTS (Academic), TOEFL iBT, Pearson PTE Academic, and Cambridge C1 Advanced. Test scores must be no more than 2 years old at the time of application.
Undergraduate students may request a one-year deferral in exceptional circumstances. Postgraduate deferrals are considered case-by-case. Contact the admissions office to initiate a request.
Once you accept your offer and pay the enrolment fee, the International Student Office will issue a formal acceptance letter to support your Sri Lanka student visa application.
