The Loom is Meridian House's signature dining room. Head Chef James Cartwright leads a brigade committed to hyper-seasonal, locally sourced cooking. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, seven days a week.
Each menu is written around what's best right now — foraged, farmed, and fished within a 50-mile radius wherever possible. The result is food that tastes of place, of season, and of genuine craft.

The Copper Bar sits on the ground floor — a buzzing all-day bar serving artisan coffee from 7am, classic and contemporary cocktails from noon, and a thoughtfully curated wine list.
Live DJ sets every Friday and Saturday from 9pm transform the bar into one of the city's most sought-after late-night destinations. Walk-ins welcome; reservations recommended on weekends.

Twelve floors up, The Roof is Meridian House's crowning glory. Open seasonally from April to October, this open-air rooftop bar offers 360° city views, signature cocktails, and a carefully considered small bites menu.
As the sun sets and the city illuminates beneath you, The Roof becomes something genuinely magical. Reservations are strongly recommended — it fills up quickly.
