Amara S. Jayawardena

Amara Jayawardena is the firm's head of dispute resolution and one of the most respected litigators before the Sri Lankan courts. She has represented clients in the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, and in international arbitrations administered by the ICC, SIAC, and LCIA. Her practice encompasses complex commercial disputes, post-M&A claims, and regulatory investigations.
