We require a 30% deposit to secure your date. The balance is due one week before your wedding. We do not hold dates without a deposit, as this would be unfair to other brides enquiring about the same availability.

Yes — all packages apply regardless of ceremony type. Whether you are planning a civil ceremony, a religious wedding, or a private celebration, we treat every booking with equal care and commitment.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the wedding receive a full refund minus a small admin fee. Cancellations within 60 days forfeit the deposit. We understand that plans change — we will always do our best to reschedule rather than cancel where possible.

Yes. On-location service is included in all Full Suite packages and available on request for The Bride and The Bride & Her Two. Travel within Colombo is included; outstation travel is priced from LKR 8,000 depending on location.

We allocate 2.5 hours for the bride and approximately 1 hour per additional person. You will receive a detailed schedule in advance so the morning can be planned around your ceremony time with confidence.

We build buffer time into every schedule. Life happens — particularly on wedding mornings. We will communicate with you calmly and work with whatever time is available to ensure you leave looking exactly as planned.

For makeup we use Charlotte Tilbury, Giorgio Armani Beauty, and RCMA — selected for their performance in varying skin tones and climates. For hair, we use GHD and Dyson tools paired with Olaplex and Kerastase treatment products.

Yes. Shehani specialises in airbrush application, which offers exceptional longevity and a finish that photographs beautifully in both indoor and tropical outdoor settings. It is available for any bride and included as standard in The Full Suite package.

It is included in all packages and strongly recommended. The trial is the session where we truly finalise your look — testing products on your skin, perfecting the style, and ensuring you feel completely confident about what you will see in the mirror on the day.

Absolutely. Shehani trained specifically in South Asian bridal makeup in Mumbai and is deeply experienced in traditional Kandyan, South Indian, and contemporary fusion looks. We are fluent in a wide range of bridal traditions.
