How do I send you my recordings?
Once a project is confirmed, I'll send you a secure upload link (WeTransfer / Google Drive). For large files or ongoing work, I can set up a shared Dropbox folder.
What file formats do you deliver in?
Whatever you need. Typically MP3 (192–320kbps) and WAV (44.1kHz, 24-bit) for audio, or any broadcast-spec format. For film work, I deliver in the format specified by your post-production pipeline.
How fast is the turnaround?
Standard podcast episodes are delivered within 48–72 hours. Rush delivery (24 hours) is available for a 40% surcharge. Music and sound design projects are quoted with specific timelines.
Do you offer ongoing retainer packages?
Yes — for podcast clients with 4+ episodes/month, retainer packages offer a 15–25% discount and guaranteed weekly delivery slots. Contact me to discuss.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Every package includes at least one revision round. I'll work with you until you're satisfied. If the final result genuinely doesn't meet the agreed brief, I offer a full refund.
