Note — Average wait time at our branches is under 10 minutes. Home collection is available in Colombo, Kandy, and Galle.

Common questions
Do I need a doctor's referral to book a test?
No. You can self-refer for most tests. Some specialist imaging (e.g. contrast MRI) requires a physician's request — our team will advise at booking.
How do I receive my results?
Results are sent as an encrypted PDF to your registered email. You can also access them through our patient portal. Referring doctors receive a simultaneous copy.
Is fasting required?
Fasting (8–12 hours) is required for lipid profiles, fasting glucose, and HbA1c. Most other tests have no restriction. Specific instructions are included in your booking confirmation.
Can I book a home sample collection?
Yes — home collection is available for all blood and urine tests in Colombo, Kandy, and Galle at no additional charge. Book online or call our hotline.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Your booking confirmation (SMS/email), a valid NIC or passport, and any previous relevant reports. For imaging, wear comfortable clothing without metal fastenings.
How do I share results with my doctor?
Your doctor receives a copy automatically if you provided their details at booking. You can also download and forward the encrypted PDF from your email or portal.
