Four ways to receive your report
Check your email
Your report is sent as an encrypted PDF to the email address provided at booking — usually within the stated turnaround time.
Patient portal
Log in to portal.novacare.lk with your registered mobile number. Download, print, or share any of your past reports securely.
Referring doctor copy
If you provided your doctor's email at booking, they receive an automatic simultaneous copy — no extra steps needed.
Walk-in collection
Collect a printed copy from any branch with your booking reference and photo ID — available until 7 days after the test.

Turnaround times shown are from sample collection / scan completion. Urgent processing is available for most blood tests — ask at reception.

Critical Value Alerts
Any result outside critical ranges triggers an immediate SMS and phone call to the referring physician — no delays.
DICOM Image Access
Referring radiologists can access full DICOM imaging datasets via our secure server — compatible with all major PACS systems.
HL7 & FHIR Integration
