Multi-ownership paddy land fragmented across 14 titleholders. No road access to highway. Agricultural zoning. Priced at estate land rates well below industrial potential.

After

Consolidated title under single ownership. Industrial-logistics zoning secured. New highway access road agreed with RDA. Sold to Southern Logistics Plc at industrial land premium.
