A little piece
of Paris.

In 2019, after years spent in the kitchens of Lyon and Bordeaux, Camille Dubois returned to Colombo with flour on her hands and a simple conviction: that the city deserved a real patisserie.

Maison Blanc opened on a Tuesday morning. By afternoon, the croissants were gone. Five years on, very little has changed — except that we now make more croissants.

On the first Saturday of every month, our kitchen opens to guests. Croissant workshops, tart masterclasses, sourdough evenings — taught by Camille and her team.
