The Garden Table was born from a simple conviction: that the most honest food comes from knowing exactly where it started.

We partner exclusively with small-scale farms within 100km of Colombo — farmers who tend their land with patience, who rotate their crops, who call us when the first heirloom tomatoes are ready. We rewrite our menu weekly to follow what the land offers, not what the calendar demands.
