The Private Room

A room designed for things that matter

The Garden Table's private dining room is not an afterthought. It was built with the same care as the main dining room — perhaps more.

Exposed terracotta walls, a long communal table of reclaimed ironwood, soft pendant lighting, and a private kitchen garden access — the room was designed for conversations that deserve a considered backdrop.

It seats between 6 and 22 guests. We are exclusive-use only — your party has the entire space and the full attention of a dedicated kitchen team. Our head chef consults directly with you before every private event.

We do not serve a standard menu for private events. We build one around your guests, your occasion, and what the farm has at its best that week.

How It Works

From enquiry to evening

Step 1

Enquiry & Brief

Fill in our enquiry form with your date, guest count, and occasion. We respond within 24 hours to confirm availability and schedule a brief call.

Step 2

Menu Consultation

Our head chef calls to understand your guests' preferences, dietary needs, and what you want the evening to feel like. This is where the menu starts to take shape.

Step 3

Farm-to-Menu Planning

We confirm with our farm partners what will be at its seasonal best on your date, then build the final menu. You receive a written proposal with a full ingredient sourcing breakdown.

Step 4

The Evening

You arrive. We disappear. The food speaks. Your dedicated team is present only when needed and completely invisible when not.

Fully bespoke multi-course menus, farm visits, foraging walks, and premium ingredients. Quoted on request.

All prices are per person and include service. A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Minimum guest count of 6 applies.
