Minimum order quantities vary by product category and destination market. Generally, wine orders start at 50 cases (600 bottles), olive oils at 100 units, and specialty foods at 20kg. We'll provide specific MOQs with your quote.
Do you provide samples before committing to an order?
Yes — we offer sample packages for qualified importers and buyers. Sample requests are reviewed and fulfilled within 10–15 business days, subject to a sample fee that is credited against your first order.
How long does it take to receive a response to a wholesale enquiry?
Our export team responds to all enquiries within 2 business days. For urgent matters, please call our Colombo office directly.
Can you provide market-specific certification documentation?
Yes — we prepare market-specific documentation packages for every shipment, including Halal certificates, organic certificates, phytosanitary documents, and country-of-origin certificates as required.
Do you offer exclusivity arrangements?
We offer category exclusivity and territory exclusivity arrangements to established import partners. These are subject to minimum volume commitments and reviewed annually.
