The estate was established in 2009 on a protected coastal reserve, designed from the ground up by a team who had spent years studying what the world's most discerning travellers truly sought — and found it was rarely what hotels typically provided.
What they sought was stillness. Privacy. Service that anticipated rather than reacted. Food that was honest and extraordinary. A place that felt, genuinely, like theirs.

We limit our guests deliberately. Every villa is designed so you never see another guest unless you choose to. No poolside chair-counting. No lobby queuing.

We source 80% of our ingredients from within 50km. Our solar array generates 60% of estate power. We employ 94% of our team from within 30km. Every piece of guest plastic is eliminated. Our coral restoration programme has planted 14,000 coral fragments since 2018.
