Three remarkable venues led by Executive Chef Élise Morel — where every meal is a memory.
Every meal, a memory.
Executive Chef Élise Morel leads a culinary team dedicated to one principle: that every dish served at Seraphine should be something you remember for the rest of your life.
The Grand Table
A seven-course tasting menu. Twelve covers. Chef Élise Morel's most personal work.
The Grand Table seats just twelve guests each evening in an intimate room carved from local stone. The menu changes with the tide — reflecting what the morning's foragers and fishermen brought in. Wine pairing by Sommelier Marc Dubois. By reservation only, 45 days in advance.

The Terrace
Sun-drenched lunches and golden-hour dinners on the ocean terrace.
The Terrace is Seraphine's most relaxed dining destination — the place for long, lazy lunches that drift into afternoon swims. Grilled seafood, tropical salads, and wood-fired breads. The cocktail bar opens at 11am. Views across the bay are unsurpassed.

The Cellar
A stone-carved wine cave, 3,000 labels, and late-night conversations that last until morning.
Carved directly into the hillside beneath the main estate, The Cellar is Seraphine's most private and intimate space. A selection of charcuterie, artisan cheeses, and small plates serves as accompaniment to the real focus: the wine. Our collection spans Burgundy to Barossa, Bordeaux to Barolo.
